Extension and remodel

The client had recently purchased the property in Uplyme, Devon and wanted to gain permission for a flexible space for when their children visited. Original property was also starting to feel a little dated from when it was built in the 1990s. Modarc gained planning permission from East Devon Council for this rear extension which also incorporated the removal of some internal walls to create an open plan space with a separate living room. There was also a second reception room on the ground floor which could be used as an occasional bedroom, giving the flexibility our clients were looking for.
