Proposal for para 79e house

We were approached by a planning consultant to assist a client in trying to obtain planning permission for a Para 79e house. This was the first draft that we put together and put in front of the Design Review Panel.

The scheme was designed to take in the south facing views across the valley toward the camel estuary. The client has a number of horses on the site, it was key to create something to work in harmony with the ménage area and link to the paddocks.
