SIPs New build

The client approached us after carrying out works on his main house, to develop a scheme for a new dwelling within the ground of his property. There was an area of the garden adjacent to the highway that my client didn't use, so wanted to maximise the space. We obtained planning permission for this contemporary bungalow, using working closely with a supplier we work with regularly, the bungalow was built using SIPs construction, allowing the framework to go up in a matter of days. This property has really slotted into this corner of the plot really well and gives a well proportioned dwelling.
