Split level extension, bungalow remodel and garage conversion

We obtained planning permission for a stunning remodel of a very bland bungalow situated within rolling countryside and on a very generous plot. The bungalow simply seemed out of keeping with the plot and area. My clients approached us to remodel and extend their bungalow, having seen other similar projects we had completed, and we set to work.

Planning permission was granted to double to footprint of the existing bungalow, without losing encroaching too much on the main garden area. The layout has been remodelled to give a four bedroom bungalow, with a vaulted open plan kitchen / dining / living space. We also designed the property around our clients capabilities, as he was looking to self build this project.
